Terms of Service
Effective date: July 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and LearnlyGo ("LearnlyGo", "we", "us") governing your use of learnlygo.com and the LearnlyGo learning application. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You may use LearnlyGo if you are at least 13 years old, or younger with the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian collected during sign-up. If you use LearnlyGo on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including your age. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
3. Free tier, subscriptions and purchases
Free tier: a limited number of lessons per day, subject to change.
Subscriptions: paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your membership settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. The yearly plan may include a free trial; you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends, and we remind you by email before the trial expires.
Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment granting premium access for the operating life of the service. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Refunds and withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU or Türkiye, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By starting to use premium digital content immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the withdrawal right lapses once the service is fully accessed; where the law grants a non-waivable refund right, it remains unaffected. Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period and we will give you advance notice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, disrupting the service, or using the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content. Do not share early-access codes publicly during closed beta.
5. Your content and AI features
You own the text you write in lessons. You grant us a license to process it to operate the service (including AI evaluation and your thinking profile) as described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; they are provided for learning purposes and are not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
6. Our content
Lessons, courses, Byte, and all LearnlyGo branding and software are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them; it does not transfer ownership. Certificates evidence course completion and are not accredited qualifications.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive termination (payments owed, liability limits, IP) survive.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" during beta and thereafter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The English version of these terms governs; translations are provided for convenience.
